A Note From Our Founder


I've had the opportunity to work with Fortune 500 companies, growth-stage startups, founder-led businesses, turnarounds, and investor-backed organizations. While the industries and circumstances were different, I kept seeing the same challenge emerge.

Growth decisions were often some of the most important decisions a leadership team would make, yet they were frequently made with incomplete information, competing assumptions, and limited visibility into what was actually driving performance.

Time and again, I found myself helping leadership teams answer the same questions:

Where should we invest?
What is holding us back?
What is realistic?
What should we prioritize next?

The answers were rarely found in a single dashboard, spreadsheet, or planning session. They required a combination of operational understanding, market context, financial analysis, and structured thinking. Traditionally, that work took months and often required significant consulting investments that many companies simply couldn't justify.

I founded Capitol14 because I believed there should be a better way.

My goal was to make the kind of strategic clarity that was once reserved for large enterprises and private equity-backed organizations accessible to a broader range of companies.
